This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our AI search visibility platform at getgeoscore.io (the “Service”).

- Email address (when you create an account or sign in)
- Business name and website domain (for scanning)
- Billing information (processed by Paddle — we do not store card details)

- IP address and browser/device information
- Pages visited and features used within the Service
- Scan activity and results generated for your account
- Authentication tokens stored in secure cookies

- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To process your subscription payments via Paddle
- To send you service-related emails (scan results, account notices)
- To respond to your support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider
- Paddle — our payment processor and Merchant of Record
- Anthropic — AI model provider used to run visibility scans (domains and prompts are sent; no personal data beyond what's in your prompts)
- Vercel — our hosting provider
- Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your authenticated session and improve your experience. Authentication cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled while using the Service. You can clear cookies through your browser settings, which will log you out.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scan results are retained for up to 12 months. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
