We want you to be satisfied with GeoScore. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with GeoScore for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. No questions asked.
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email us at support@getgeoscore.io with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel after the 14-day window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- From your account settings page within GeoScore
- By emailing support@getgeoscore.io
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Service until that date.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day money-back guarantee period. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future renewal charges.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. You may also contact Paddle directly for billing support.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience a technical issue or service outage that significantly impacts your use of GeoScore, contact us and we will work with you to provide a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
