1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GeoScore (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. GeoScore is operated by GAJ Online Services LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Description of Service
GeoScore is an AI search visibility intelligence platform that helps businesses track and improve how their brand appears in AI-generated answers from models including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and others. The Service includes domain scanning, visibility scoring, competitor analysis, and actionable recommendations.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
GeoScore offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan domains you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI model responses and visibility scores are informational only and may change at any time as AI models update. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
